Casa en Chapinero Alto is a unique architectural project located in the exclusive zone of Chapinero Alto, one of the most luxurious neighbourhoods of Bogotá, Colombia. The project is the result of a collaboration between the architects of Reyes St Claire and the landscaping team of Atelier Grupo, both of whom have a wealth of experience in creating amazing residential projects in Colombia.The property consists of three levels which each have a visually different and partially separated character from one another.The first level is mostly dedicated to the bedroom area, more specifically the master bedroom, two secondary bedrooms, a study room and one bathroom. A staircase takes visitors to the second level which includes the living area that is divided by a wide hall entrance. This hall area is wonderfully designed with its own skylight right in the center. The kitchen and the dining room are located side-by-side, connected with a unique, curved sliding door.The third level invites visitors to a beautiful terrace which covers the entire area, providing incredible views of Bogotá’s skyline and mountains. It is between the two wooden structures that house the bedrooms that one can access the terrace.The outdoor terrace at Casa en Chapinero Alto provides the perfect setting for outdoor gatherings and social events and is aesthetically integrated into the architecture.In conclusion, Casa en Chapinero Alto is an incredible architectural project that has combined unique design elements with modern amenities to create a luxurious and private living space for those lucky enough to call it home.
